New Generation : In order to react to the Covid 19 pandemic that we are currently experiencing, we committed in June 2020 to a research and development process in our plastic formulation. We have chosen the antimicrobial additive BioCote for our material blends. This new formulation has been tested and approved by an independent laboratory according to the ISO22196 standard.

Therefore, the surface of our bottles is now 99.8% impermeable to microbes.

How does this antimicrobial work? It is a chemical additive which acts as an "active ingredient", based on silver ions. When mixed with our raw material, it disrupts the normal enzymatic activity of bacteries. It acts as a safe, rapid and effective catalyst to neutralize pathogenic bacteria and prevent their proliferation. Its effectiveness is perpetual in the resin.
